What to expect
When you visit our office, you will be welcomed by our staff. We will answer any questions you may have about completing the required forms that allow you to be seen at Brainerd Eyecare Center. Our staff will work diligently to provide you with the most comprehensive examination possible. We will be happy to review your vision service benefits and payment options related to your insurance coverage. We will fit you for glasses, sunglasses or contact lenses for whatever your needs require. Brainerd Eyecare Center strives to surpass all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about your examination process or your health information, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff members!

Payment Options
Brainerd Eyecare accepts payment in the form of cash, checks, and all major credit cards, including American Express. There is a 15% prompt, same day payment discount on our glasses and services.
Care Credit
We accept Care Credit at Brainerd Eyecare Center to allow for additional payment options that fit your needs. To learn more about care credit, visit the Care Credit website.
Insurance information
We accept most major insurance companies and many others than aren’t listed. We are an open access provider for multiple vision plans. Please feel free to call us to find out if your insurance plan covers eye care in our office or with any other insurance related questions. It is also your option/responsibility to contact your insurance company directly to verify if our providers are covered within your network coverage.
